• Monthly: $9.99/month
• Annual: $59.99/year (save 50%)

3.4 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
• Manage subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or years
• You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period

• Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Request refunds through your app store account

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share offensive, vulgar, or explicit content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app
• Share your account with others
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Scrape or extract data from the app
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of stories and content created using StoryMind. By using our app, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide services
• Use AI to generate feedback and suggestions
• Create backups for data protection

5.2 Our Content

StoryMind owns all rights to:

• The app design, code, and functionality
• Pre-built story templates and prompts
• Educational exercises and challenges
• Illustrations and graphics (except those created by users)

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI (suggestions, feedback, vocabulary) is provided as-is. While you may use this content, we make no claims of ownership over your final creative work.

6. Content Moderation

We use AI-powered content moderation to:

• Protect children from harmful content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• StoryMind is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.)

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Requesting account deletion in app settings

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• We detect fraudulent activity
